I love Starbucks but this location has lacks friendly employees. Not one smile no greeting just what can I get you while looking down the whole time. Hope for a more welcoming place in the future

The coffee wasn't that great but I loved the little design they did for me. My guest is finding that the Americana helps his vision and we enjoyed our visit. I asked for some Ube and they gave me a very nice amount but it was a lot sweeter than the Ube I had near Seattle. I prefer it much more less sweet. I think adding a lot of sugar to it, counteracts its benefits. Also they have a nice sign honoring veterans in May but they don't do anything for them at that store.

The kind lady that took my order and took care of me at the window was so joyful. I expressed my gratitude and she raved about her team members that she gets to work with. What a joy she was! I visited in 4/23/26 around 10:30 am. She would be an excellent customer service trainer if she isn’t already.

I got a tomato pesto… what the hell is this, bra? There’s not even any tomatoes. It’s literally a tomato sandwich. And Starbucks overpriced as hell so they was definitely gonna get this review either way. The sandwich was seven bucks. There’s nothing on it. 😭😂. Yall need to just go to Dutch bros it’s sooooo much better than this place fr. Starbucks is soooo buns.

I don't come to this one often, the line is usually very long. Today I ordered on the app and when I arrived this is what was handed to me. The employee was completely content with handing me something this poor in quality. I have been here on and off several times leaving dissatisfied every time. I come back to give it another shot to see if it's better and kick myself everytime I do. The drive thru times are so long, the orders aren't accurate, the quality is poor and the team isn't friendly or happy. I'm so frustrated at what I receive when I'm here paying money for it. This quality sucks and the team being okay handing something like this out is just ridiculous. Do better.
